How to sign in to TUAT Zoom (Guide for students)

Our university's online classes are being conducted using Zoom in addition to the existing Google Meet and Webex, and all students are given a university Zoom account.

If you try to join a Zoom class and see the message "This meeting is for authorized participants only," you will need to sign in to your university's Zoom account. In that case, please sign in using the following steps.


① Click "Sign in and join"
② Click "Sign in with SSO"
③ The integrated authentication system login screen will be displayed, so perform the following operations.
- Enter "TUAT-ID" as the user name and click "Next"
- Enter your "TUAT-ID password" and click "Next"

You can also sign in to your university's Zoom account in advance using the method below before participating in the class.

① Click "Sign in"
②The integrated authentication system login screen will be displayed, so perform the following operations:
- Enter "TUAT-ID" as the user name and click "Next"
- Enter your "TUAT-ID password" and click "Next"

(1) Select "Sign in with SSO" at the bottom (or on the right)
(2) Enter "tuat-jp .zoom.us" in Company Domain.
(3) When the login screen of the integrated authentication system is displayed, perform the following operations.
- Enter "TUAT-ID" as the username and click "Next"
- Enter your TUAT-ID password and click Next.

Depending on Faculty Member 's settings, some classes may not require you to sign in.
